Radiator

Single phase Pole mounted transformer radiators use cold-rolled steel panels in either welded-on or bolted modular assemblies. Automated robotic welding provides uniform seams, cooling-channel integrity, and mechanical strength. Radiator height, fin spacing, and surface area are customized to thermal duty. Coatings match the tank system, providing consistent corrosion resistance and service life in varied outdoor environments and demanding utility applications.

Core

The core of the single phase Pole mounted transformer uses an amorphous alloy wound design with very low hysteresis and eddy-current losses. Strips are processed on fully automatic transverse cutting lines, controlling burr, length, and step-lap geometry. Tight tolerances improve no-load efficiency, reduce temperature rise and audible noise, and support long-term stable performance for utility applications under varying grid conditions.

Coils
