Core

Built from high-permeability grain-oriented silicon steel, the core is processed on servo-controlled, vision-guided cutting lines for high precision, ultra-low length/angle error, and minimal burrs. Automated dot-stacking delivers orderly step-lap alignment and controlled air gaps, reducing no-load loss and noise. Custom options: amorphous metal, lamination thickness, flux density, clamping scheme, varnish/grounding configuration, and geometry optimized for 50/60 Hz efficiency and footprint targets.

Coils

Hermetically sealed coils are available in electrolytic copper or aluminum, with foil or CTC windings and closed-loop tension control for dimensional stability.
