The Beginning of Everything-RAW MATERIAL

Raw materials and components sourced from our own factory or verified reputable vendors (e.g., MR, ABB, Huaming, GE)

01

Sheet-Metal Processing

CNC/laser cutting and precision bending produce dimensionally accurate panels; edges are deburred and features verified to drawings with part-level traceability..

02

Robotic Welding

Robotic MIG/TIG/spot welding in dedicated fixtures delivers uniform seams with minimal distortion; earthing studs and reinforcements are applied, then flatness and diagonal tolerances are confirmed.

03

Surface Treatment

Degreasing and phosphating/shot-blasting precede electrostatic powder coating; curing, DFT/adhesion tests, and gasket installation secure the specified IP/IAC protection.

Busbar Processing

Busbar Raw-Material Processing

Copper bars are sheared/punched/drilled and CNC-bent on an automatic busbar center with repeatable accuracy; edges are radiused, joint faces cleaned, and phase/position markings applied to meet clearance/creepage requirements.
Busbar Plating
Tin/silver plating or epoxy insulation coating is applied per specification; thickness and dielectric strength are verified, heat-shrink boots fitted, and stacks labeled for assembly.
Primary Assembly

Primary Component Installation

Circuit breakers/switches, CTs/PTs, surge devices, shutters, and barriers are mounted; interlocks are set, earthing is bonded, and torques follow the approved chart and IEC.
Busbar System Installation
Install main, vertical, and branch busbars to drawings; secure with rated insulators/clamps; torque-verify low-resistance terminations to primary devices, limiting temperature rise and losses.
Secondary Wiring

Wire Harness Processing

A 3D-driven, fully automated line that cuts, strips, applies number tubes, selects terminals, crimps, and heat-shrinks secondary wires—delivering consistent process quality and higher production efficiency.
Wiring Termination
Wiring is routed in trunking with bend-radius control and crimped using calibrated tools; relays/meters/PLC/RTU and terminal blocks are installed, labeled, and configured (settings/comms).
Inspection & Commissioning

Mechanical Characteristics Check

Visual/dimensional audit, door fit, drawer racking, and interlock sequence verification; earthing continuity and torque spot-checks logged.
Electrical Tests
Insulation resistance and power-frequency withstand (HiPot); MV partial-discharge as applicable; primary/secondary injection and full functional checks complete FAT.
