Surface Treatment
After abrasive blasting establishes a clean, uniform surface profile, Electrostatic powder coating with controlled film build is oven-cured to deliver durable corrosion resistance aligned with the specified environment class.

Compartment Pre-assembly
MV, transformer, LV, and auxiliary compartments are pre-fitted to the approved layout. gland plates,and cable sealing modules are installed etc to meet target IP/IK performance and simplify downstream integration.

MV Switchgear Unit: Production & Testing, Ready-to-Install RMU/GIS is configured and verified for dielectric strength, contact resistance, and mechanical/electrical interlocks.
Oil-immersed or cast-resin transformers undergo routine tests—ratio, winding resistance, insulation, applied/induced voltage, and (for dry-type) partial discharge ensuring reliable service performance.
Incoming and outgoing feeders, busbars, and protection devices are assembled, braced, and function-tested.ensure safe, ready-to-install sections.
Final Assembly & Integration
Installation of Pre-assembled Modules
Pre-built MV, transformer, LV, and auxiliary units are positioned, leveled, and fixed with vibration isolation; clearances and maintenance access are confirmed against the layout.
Primary Connections (MV-TR-LV)
Interconnections use insulated busbar, flexible links, or cables as designed; joints are torqued to specification, short-circuit braced, phase/ID marked, and verified for mechanical strength.
Secondary Integration
Protection, control, metering, interlocks, and communications are wired end-to-end; device settings and addresses are loaded and checked for reliable system behavior.
Testing
Testing Lab
Mechanical integrity, sealing (IP), insulation/dielectric, interlocks, protection secondary injection, and SCADA I/O are executed with recorded results, confirming compliance and commissioning readiness.
