Finished Core
This equipment uncoils and levels with edge-guiding and closed-loop tension; multi-knife, low-burr slitting holds width ±0.1 mm, high flatness, and full barcode traceability.
This equipment uses servo length control with 45° miter and multi-step step-lap; inline length/angle QC, and auto sorting deliver flat, precise laminations.
This equipment provides vision-guided (±0.02 mm) robotic stacking and controlled pre-press; high stacking factor, minimal air gaps, and reduced core loss.
Pre-strapped core stacks are clamped per drawing with verified step-lap alignment and torque-tracked pre-press;After electrostatic epoxy resin coating, inspection is performed.
Winding Workshop
LV Winding Machine
LV winding machines form coils with controlled tension and interlayer insulation; Cu/Al foil or wire. Fiberglass Mesh applied, then coils placed into molds for pre-casting.;
HV Winding Machine
12 HV winding machines run simultaneously, forming helical/sectional coils with controlled tension, insulation, taps, end blocking. Fiberglass Mesh applied, coils placed into molds for pre-casting.
Casting

Winding–Casting

Four static-mixing vacuum-pressure casting units run concurrently; heated, degassed resin and vacuum/pressure control minimize voids and PD; programmed cure delivers strength, moisture resistance, and throughput.
Drying
Eight constant-temperature electric drying ovens operate concurrently; closed-loop profiles with logged parameters remove moisture uniformly; low residuals stabilize dielectric properties, dimensions, and scheduling consistency overall.
Accessories Assembly
The core and cast HV/LV coils are aligned and pre-pressed for Active Part Assembly precise assembly. Each Accessories are carefully installed and aligned, with secure connections and thorough checks..

Each cast resin dry-type transformer undergoes rigorous testing to ensure optimal insulation, electrical, and thermal performance, verifying PD, voltage withstand.
