Laser Cutting
CNC laser cutting holds ±0.05 mm accuracy with CAD-defined paths, ensuring precise, repeatable geometry and clean edges.

Shot Blasting
Automated shot blasting removes all surface contaminants, refines weld seams, and reaches internal corners and complex geometries, creating a controlled, uniform roughness for optimal coating adhesion.

Robot Welding
Automated robotic welding guarantees stable penetration and uniform weld formation, producing dense, defect-free seams with superior mechanical strength and visual quality.

Leakage Test
The tank is pressurized to approximately 0.02–0.05 mpa. Foaming solution is applied to all welds and potential weak points to detect any air bubble leakage in real time.

Electrostatic Spraying
Automated spray guns follow programmed paths to ensure uniform film buildup. precisely covering welds, edges, and complex structures to form a dense, consistent protective layer.

Finished Core
The automated longitudinal cutting line uses CNC servo control to achieve ±0.01 mm precision. Processed laminations are automatically transferred to an intelligent vertical storage system for standardized material management.
The fully automated shearing line integrates precision mechanics, servo drives, CNC control, and vision inspection, maintaining sheet length accuracy within ±0.1 mm and angle tolerance within ±0.1°.
Automates silicon steel feeding, length setting, shearing, V-notch punching, counting, and stacking into precise bundles, ready for core assembly.
Automated stacking ensures accurate alignment, tight compression, and optimized step-lap joints, achieving low core loss, minimal noise, and high efficiency.

Oil Storage Tank
Sealed, nitrogen-blanketed tank with level/temperature monitoring and sampling ports; prevents oxidation and moisture ingress, ensuring stable oil quality.

Vacuum Oil-Filter
Multi-stage filtration with fine-mesh elements and degassing under vacuum; reduces moisture and dissolved gases, achieving low ppm water content and high dielectric strength.

Vacuum Oil-Filling Equipment
Vacuum Oil-Filling Equipment Deep-vacuum filling with closed-loop pressure control for bubble-free impregnation, ensures thorough impregnation of windings/insulation and minimizes partial discharge.
Testing
Equipped with one fully automated ≤35 kV testing line, every unit undergoes standardized IEC/ANSI checks with digital traceability—delivering reliable quality assurance..
